The fermentation of the endophyte Fusarium oxysporum SS46 and Fusarium oxysporum ATCC MYA 4623 with epigenetic modulator hydralazine in Czapek medium led to the isolation of 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo [3,4-alpha] phthalazine (1).
