The reaction was cooled to room temperature and poured onto ice (2.50kg) EPO and the resulting precipitate filtered and washed with water to give the crude product (13Og).This crude material was suspended in acetic acid (1.60L) and heated to 125C for 2 hours. The reaction was cooled to room temperature and poured onto ice (1.5kg) and the resulting precipitate filtered. The solid was washed with water and dried to give the title compound (85g, 73% yield) as a yellow solid. MS (ESI+) = (M+H)+ 310 & 312
